Refund policy

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request and send a return.

You have the right to cancel up to 14 days after placing an order and receiving your dispatch confirmation, after which your item must be returned within 14 days thereafter. For more information regarding your right to cancel, please see point 9 in our Terms of Service

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return or cancel an order, you can contact us at info@purposeandwild.co.uk with the subject line of "returns" or "cancel order" whichever is applicable, along with your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email. On receipt of your email, if your return is accepted,  we will e-mail you the cancellation form to complete. Return postage will need to be paid by you unless the product is faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Teemill Products

Any returns of items purchased through our Teemill store will be processed and completed by Teemill independently of Purpose & Wild. Details of which can be found here.

Acceptable Handling

Care should be taken with your products and should be used as intended, for example to write in or on our notebooks. Deductions of any reduction in the value of the Products that has been caused by your handling them in an unacceptable manner will be made to refunds given. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items, personalised items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns or cancellations on digital products. These will be received before 14 days after payment and are not covered by the right to cancel. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you within 7 days receipt of goods, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the total product amount including delivery charges, on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
